Website Localization: Translated and optimized the My Gourmet platform into Korean, ensuring a culturally relevant and engaging user experience.
Content Curation: Strategically selected featured Tokyo restaurants based on insights into Korean users’ preferences and search behavior.
Instagram Strategy & Analytics: Managing ongoing content creation, A/B testing post formats and topics, and analyzing engagement metrics to optimize user growth and retention continuously.

Results

Successfully boosted Instagram visibility through viral Reels:
Reel 1: Achieved over 108,076 views.
Reel 2: Achieved over 78,163 views.
